Lincoln Memorial University invites applications for a full-time Assistant/Associate/Professor of Immunology at the DeBusk College of Osteopathic Medicine (DCOM) – Orange Park Campus in Florida. This faculty position has the primary responsibility for teaching immunology and microbiology in accordance with the LMU-DCOM approved curriculum. The faculty member will also contribute to the mission of the University through scholarly activity, research, and service.
The faculty member will:
Provide instruction in immunology and microbiology to medical students.
Develop, deliver, and assess lectures, labs, and related instructional activities.
Engage in scholarly activity, including research, publications, and professional presentations.
Contribute service to the University, College, and Department through committees, advising, and community involvement.
Support LMU-DCOM’s mission to prepare future osteopathic physicians with excellence, compassion, and integrity.
Ph.D. in Immunology, Microbiology, or a closely related discipline, or equivalent professional preparation.
At least two years of postdoctoral training.
An excellent scholarly record with demonstrated research productivity.
