Summary
Lincoln Memorial University (LMU) seeks a collaborative and detail-oriented professional to serve as the Assistant/Associate Director of Assessment and Faculty Development for the DeBusk College of Osteopathic Medicine (DCOM) at our Orange Park, Florida campus. This position supports faculty growth and assessment excellence through innovative academic evaluation and professional development initiatives.
Position Overview
The Assistant/Associate Director of Assessment and Faculty Development works closely with the Assistant Dean of Assessment, Director of Faculty Development, and Director of Assessment Services to:
Plan, implement, and direct high-quality assessment initiatives.
Enhance the educational expertise and professional skills of LMU-DCOMโs faculty and staff.
This position contributes to the continuous improvement of educational programs, ensuring LMU-DCOM maintains excellence in teaching, learning, and student outcomes.
Required Qualifications
Masterโs degree in Education or a related field
Experience in assessment and evaluation
Basic knowledge of statistics and educational (or social science) research methods
2โ3 years of experience in project management, education, or learning assessment
Preferred Qualifications
Earned doctorate
College-level teaching experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and statistical analysis software (e.g., SPSS)
