Position Summary

Lincoln Memorial University is seeking a Student Activities Coordinator to support and enhance the student experience at the DeBusk College of Osteopathic Medicine (DCOM) in Orange Park, Florida.

This position plays a key role in planning, organizing, and implementing student activities, community outreach initiatives, and large-scale campus events. The coordinator also supports student organizations and promotes engagement, leadership, and professional development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, plan, and implement student activities and programs

  • Coordinate community outreach and engagement initiatives

  • Organize and support large-scale events and special programs

  • Assist in the oversight of student clubs and organizations

  • Collaborate with faculty, staff, and student leaders

  • Maintain records and documentation related to student activities

  • Provide administrative and logistical support for events

  • Promote a positive and inclusive campus environment

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master’s degree

  • Prior student services or higher education experience

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills

  • Event planning and coordination experience

  • Proficiency with standard office and communication software

Work Environment

This position works primarily in an office and campus setting and may require occasional evening or weekend hours to support student events and programs.
