Lincoln Memorial University (LMU) is seeking a highly organized and student-focused Student Services Coordinator to join the DeBusk College of Osteopathic Medicine (DCOM) at our Orange Park, Florida campus.
This position supports the Assistant Dean of Students and Associate Dean of Students in coordinating student support services and student activities for the Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) program. The ideal candidate enjoys helping others, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is passionate about creating a positive student experience.
What You’ll Do
- Support student services and student activities for medical students
- Assist with coordination of student events, communications, and programming
- Provide administrative support to student affairs leadership
- Help organize schedules, materials, and student-related processes
- Communicate with students, faculty, and staff to support student success
- Assist with office operations and student engagement initiatives
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Canva, or similar software
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and basic math skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- Prior experience in student services, higher education, academic support, or related environments
