This is a full-time financial professional career with commission-driven compensation, not a traditional fixed-salary position.
Depending on the agent contract for which you qualify, income support is available whether you are transitioning into the career, building a new practice, or bringing and growing an established practice.
Eligible full-time agents may have access to a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental and vision coverage, prescription benefits, a 401(k), a company-funded pension plan, life insurance, and disability coverage. Income support, benefits eligibility, and plan provisions vary based on contract type, production requirements, and applicable plan terms.

Previous financial-services experience is not required for candidates entering the profession.
Experienced financial professionals may be considered for contract options and development support designed to help them transition and grow an established practice. The specific structure depends on experience, credentials, production history, contract eligibility, and other applicable requirements.
Candidates with qualifying management, direct-sales, advanced-degree, or business-ownership experience may also be considered for an accelerated management path, subject to program eligibility and performance requirements.
